Yes. Printlits are designed to be collected. You can choose your favourites, build a little animal family, or keep an eye out for new characters as they are added.

Most Printlits are designed to sit or stand for display. Because each design is different, some may sit more naturally than others on flat surfaces.

Printlits are made from PLA, a plant-based plastic commonly used for 3D printing. It is firm, lightweight and holds the detailed textured finish well.

No. They may look knitted, but they are not soft or fluffy. Printlits are solid 3D printed plastic figures with a raised textured surface.

Print lines are normal with 3D printed products. Each Printlit is built layer by layer, so the texture and tiny layer lines are part of the finish.

We do not recommend soaking them or using them in water play. A light wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth is best for cleaning.

It is best to keep them away from strong heat and direct sunlight for long periods. Heat can soften or warp PLA over time.

Gently wipe it with a soft dry cloth. If needed, use a slightly damp cloth and let it air dry. Avoid harsh cleaners, dishwashers, hot water and scrubbing.

Printlits are collectible display figures. They can be enjoyed by children aged 3+, but they should be treated with care and used under appropriate supervision.

Printlits are recommended for ages 3+ because small parts may present a choking risk for younger children.

No. Printlits are not suitable for babies or children under 3 years old. They should not be chewed, mouthed or used as teething toys.

No. Printlits are firm plastic figures, not plush toys. They should not be taken to bed or used as a comfort toy while sleeping.

Please stop using the Printlit straight away and keep any broken pieces away from children and pets. Contact us if you need help with your order.

No. Printlits are not designed for pets. Please keep them away from dogs, cats and other animals that may chew or swallow small parts.

Printlits are made and shipped from Auckland, New Zealand.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Australian courier delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days after dispatch, in addition to processing time. Pre-orders and custom orders follow the timeframe on their product page. Regional destinations, public holidays and customs can take longer. Yes. We use tracked delivery services for New Zealand and Australian orders. Your tracking details will be emailed after dispatch.

Yes. We ship within New Zealand and to Australia from Auckland, New Zealand. Australian shipping is A$18 below A$80 and free from A$80 after discounts. Orders for other countries are not currently available.
